Meet Coleman, your small business’s new teammate

Mikel Chandler Law principal Coleman Miller graduated cum laude from American University’s Washington College of Law, then spent the next six years learning the ins and outs of transactional law at large and boutique law firms in New York City. During that time, Coleman’s practice ran from leading multi-million dollar cross-border capital markets transactions to negotiating several middle market M&A buyouts to handling the day-to-day contracting needs of a variety of commercial clients.

After moving to Seattle, Coleman transitioned from practicing law to helping start up a tech-enabled private investment fund administration company and spent several years leading the operations teams of high-growth fintech companies.

Now, Coleman has returned to practicing law, with a desire to bring his expertise to meet the needs of small business owners in his beloved South End of Seattle.
